If you're building a new home, Bull Creek Electric can complete all electrical work along the construction timeline from underground or overhead service, rough-in, and final installation for inspection.

Underground or overhead service is where we install the cable provided by the utility supplier and properly connect or terminate the electrical system being energized. Once the service has been inspected and passed, then the utility company authorizes energization.

Electrical rough-in is the phase in construction where all the cables have been pulled or piped through the framing and connected to wall and ceiling boxes. At this point, the work is inspected and passed or failed. Eliminate the chance of failed inspections by working with a licensed electrician. Better yet, work with a master electrician who can pull the correct permits him or herself. Read on to find out why this is a benefit to home owners.

Devices like outlets, switches and lights are installed during the final stage of construction and are inspected upon final home inspection. Once the final inspection is complete, our involvement with your residential new build projects is complete.
